I'd forgotten how brilliant that ad was. Very sad to think how accommodated to mediocrity we've become over the years.


It's worth noting, I write this on my Mac ... having been a PC owner/user for years, I am reminded how quality and innovation, when intrinsically endorsed by a company, truly works to win friends and influence people.

Amen! The ad was brilliant, defining, and revolutionary. The buzz created from that one spot helped Steve Jobs to create the persona as an innovator he still enjoys to this day (deserved or not).
