FICO, a Minneapolis-based provider of credit score and analytics technology, on Thursday said that William Lansing, a 30-year veteran in the technology industry and a current FICO board member, has been appointed CEO, effective immediately. Lansing most recently served as CEO and president of Washington-based InfoSpace and was formerly chief executive of Eden Prairie-based ValueVision Media. He succeeds Mark Greene, who is retiring from his post as chief executive but will remain with the company through February 2013 in an advisory role.
Minneapolis-based apartment development and management company Dominium said that Property Management President and Chief Operating Officer Jon Segner intends to leave the company “to pursue other opportunities.” He will remain with the company while it conducts a nationwide search for his replacement.
Warroad-based Marvin Windows and Doors named Brett Boyum vice president of marketing.
Melissa Osland was named corporate controller and principal accounting officer at Bloomington-based filtration system maker Donaldson Company, Inc. Daniel King, meanwhile, was named the company’s director of tax.

Minneapolis-based Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group hired Dean Freeman as senior vice president. Freeman will lead the expansion of Frauenshuh’s property management group.
Matt Kucharski, who has worked for Minneapolis-based PR firm Padilla Speer Beardsley since 1989, has been named to the newly created role of executive vice president of agency services.
